FAQ's

    How do the memberships work?
  • Small Group PT: All sessions are small groups. As a Tribe, we laugh, grow and support each other through it all. It's super important to us as coaches that we know each and every one of you. To ensure high quality coaching and relationships, we cap bookings per class between 8 and 14 people, depending on the style of class and number of coaches. 
  • 12 Week Minimum Term: All Memberships have a minimum term of 12 weeks. After the minimum term all memberships continue onto a lifetime membership where cancellations can be made anytime with 14 days notice. See below for more info.

    What membership should i choose?
  • The Queen Lifestyle: This level is our OG membership that will have you stepping into your power, backed by your tribe of badass coaches and crew. We take you, step by step, through pelvic floor awareness and what it means to truly 'use your core' as we learn how to create Intra-Abdominal Pressure and master the 'hip hinge'. With this new found confidence and safety within our body, we begin strength coaching and our Food Connection education. You also have access to the entire timetable.
  • ​Sweat & Play: This level is ideal if you are looking to move your body in a positive way surrounded by a supportive and empowering tribe without investing in Strength coaching or Food Education. If you mainly like to attend day classes, and/or would like to work on a skills like Aerials, Hand-balancing, Bjj & Self defence, Bodyrolls & Booze, etc, then Sweat and Play is for you.
    Can i pause or cancel my membership?
    • Changing my membership: Within the minimum term you can move around within your membership umbrella (S&P or TQL). You can also upgrade from Sweat & Play to The Queen Lifestyle at any time. After the minimum term, you can downgrade your membership umbrella if needed. 
    • ​Pausing My membership: You can pause your membership at any time (Including minimum term) for up to 4 weeks at a time.
    • Canceling My Membership: You can cancel at any time after the minimum term by providing 14 days notice.

       My favourite part of Tribe is how holistic it is. It’s not just fitness and nutrition based, it focuses on moods and mindsets also. Tribe has given me the freedom to discover new ways to think about myself and I am finally loving how I look and most importantly feel.

       Before coming to Tribe I never would have believed I could do a headstand, or a flip or lift the weights I lift now. I am so excited to see how Tribe continues to grow and for the next lifting party-I am going to break the 100kg mark for my deadlift!

      Meet Your Mums & Bubs Coach

      Vicki became a Personal Trainer in order to teach others about the power of physical movement: the mental health benefits, the sense of self that comes with physical strength and the unrivaled community built upon a shared journey.
       
      She is a Health at Every Size provider with the firm belief that body diversity is natural and essential.
      Vicki chose Tribe, first as a member and then as a coach, because the culture and philosophy reflect her own belief of movement as a powerful and joyful experience that acts as a cornerstone of a well-rounded lifestyle.

      She is particularly driven to educate and work with women in repairing their relationship with their bodies and food. She spends a good deal of her time at Tribe coaching weightlifting technique and functional adjustments.

      Vicki has a unique set of experiences ranging from her recent entry into motherhood and the relative rehabilitation of the body post birth, movement for mental health, bio mechanics, and manual fascial release. She completed a Certificate IV in Fitness before undertaking an 18 month internship in Prehab and Functional Movement at The Energy Clinic in Adelaide in 2016. Vicki has since obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and is currently studying Doctor of Medicine at The Australian National University.
